Cheese Paneer Cone

                                                    How to make Cheese Paneer Cone 

   
                                             

Ingredients(10-12 pieces):
  • Salt(as per taste)
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cup Maida
  • 1 Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup peas                                       
  • 1/4th Cup coriander finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 Big sized Onion finely chopped
  • Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Maida
  • 1 Cup Bhujia
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Paneer
  • 1 Cup water           
            
       How to Make :
1. Take 1 cup of Maida, add some salt as per taste,add 1 Tsp of oil and mix them well.
2. Now take some water and add in the maida to knead the dough.
3.After kneading the dough,cover it with a plate and  keep it aside for 10-15 min.


Now to Prepare the filling of the Cones:
1. Take a wok,put it on high flame and add 2 Tbsp Oil. Let the oil heat up.
2.Now add the Onion,Green Chilli,Peas,Capsicum,salt as per taste and mix them well.
3.Stir fry the vegetables until they are half- cooked.
4.Now tuen the flame to low and add Turmeric,Black Pepper,Coriander and mix them well.
5.Now add the Paneer and Cheese.And mix the filling for 2 min.

                                   
6. Now the filling is prepared.Take it out in another bowl.
To prepare the cone:
1.Now we will make paste usining 1 1/2 Tsp Maida and water.The paste would look something like this.

2.Now we will take the dough that we had kept aside and take a small portion from that to make a roti .      
                                                       
.3.We will take a pan and heat it on high flame.After heating it up,we will put the flame to low and we will put the roti on the pan and semi-cook it for 8 seconds on each side and take it out.
4.Now we will make cone of the semi-cooked roti as given in the picture below or you can take reference from the video link mentioned at the top.

                                                                   
5.Now apply the paste on the places where you need to stick the roti so that a cone shape can be formed.
6.Now as the cone is formed, add the filling in the cone as given in the picture below.

                                                           
7.Now we will again use the paste to close the opening of the top.And our Chesse Paneer cones are ready to fry.


8. Now we will take 4 cups oil in a wok and heat the oil on high flame.After 3/4 min the oil will heat up and will add our Chesse Paneer cones to the oil and make the flame to medium.

9.We will fry the cones till they are brown in color.


10.Now we will dip the top of the cone in tomato sauce and then dip it in bhujia.

11.Now our Tasty Cheese Paneer Cones are ready to serve.πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
